MMU Emerges as Champions in the MSC Malaysia IHL Business Plan Competition 2007/2008
MMU chalks up another milestone today when 2 of its students bagged the national first prize of the MSC Malaysia IHL Business Plan Competition 2007/2008 for the Business Idea category.
   

AFEO Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award 2007 Citation on Multimedia University
Based on many achievements by MMU in engineering education, the AFEO Board unanimously agreed to confer upon MMU the AFEO Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award 2007.

   
Microgravity Parabolic Flight Experiment Contest
Four students from Faculty of Engineering, Multimedia University (MMU) will soon have a chance to have their magnetic nanoparticle experiments conducted in zero-gravity environments, in a Japanese aircraft flying a parabolic flight.

Two Interface Design Department students proudly walked away with the "Best Appealing Design Awards" and the overall "Third Prize" at the recent Philips Young Inventors' Challenge (PYIC) awards ceremony.

Cisco Networking Skills Competition Challenge
Multimedia University brought home the Cisco Networking Skills Competition Challenge Trophy once again during the national level competition on the 5th of May 2007. The competition included both an online theory examination as well as a hands-on skills competition.
 
A Gold Medal for Invention and Innovation
MMU brought home a Gold Medal and 6 Silver Medals during the recent ITEX 2007 showcase. ITEX attracts exhibitors from local and foreign countries to present their latest inventions and innovations.
