All the in-coming and out-going mails are coordinated by Human Capital Management Division. All in-coming mails for students shall be forwarded to the Student Affairs & Sports Division, whilst for the staffs, they shall be forwarded to the respective faculty or department for distribution. Letterboxes are also provided in Human Capital Management Division for the faculties/departments that wish to collect the mails before the scheduled distribution hours.
All out-going mails from the respective faculty or departments have to be recorded in the ICEMS system by the responsible staff before they can be sent out or collected by Human Capital Management Division.
All letters and documents that are addressed to the other campus of the University will be sent following the official transport shedule as fixed by Facilities Management Division.
It is advised that all staff to only use the University's address for official mails and documents.
