Before undergoing any confirmation process, all academic permanent staffs have to undergo a probationary period for at least one (1) year from the date of his/her permanency. Criteria for confirmation vary from one staff to another one. Details of the confirmation criteria or requirements are stated in the staffs’ appointment letter.
Once staffs have completed the one (1) year probationary period, the Human Capital Management Division will send the Confirmation Assessment Form through the Head of Department. Staff will have to complete and return the completed to the Human Capital Management Division for confirmation process. The Human Capital Management Division will only bring the cases of staff who have fulfilled all confirmation requirements to the Confirmation Committee.
For the non-academic staff, they can only be converted to a permanent position once they have fulfilled all confirmation criteria.
