New staff member has to report for duty at the Human Capital Management Division on the day that has been specified in the Appointment Acceptance Form not later than 8.30 am. He/she will have to submit all documents as stated in the appointment letter when reporting for duty.
For expatriate staff, he/she may request for transportation (from the airport to the campus) and temporary accommodation from the University for a maximum of seven (7) days. This can be done upon the visa approval and by contacting the Human Capital Management Division.
Within the first week of reporting for duty, the new staff will be given the email account, icems username/password and temporary staff’s identification card (SmartCard).
