We are glad to announce that our students namely Mohamad Nizamuddin Azlan, Wan Eizhan Afeef Wan Ahmad Faizal, and Nur Aiman Irtiza Mohd Irtiza as Team Novizio emerged as champion in BizMaker Competition on 2nd May 2021. The competition was organised by the Management Society of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and the MMU team received a cash prize of RM400, goodies bag, and e-vouchers from sponsors.
Mentored by Mr. Vincent Chan from the Faculty of Business (FOB), the trio pitched the winning idea that solves Malaysian food waste and at the same time helping local farmers to grow organic vegetables in order to meet the rising demand for organic vegetables. BizMaker competition aimed to find talented and innovative individuals in the field of entrepreneurship and business among varsity students.
The competition was participated by other representatives from USM, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and Monash University.
