MMU Student Wins Second Place at 4th Tan Sri Hj Yusoff Ibrahim FYP Competition

Chia Jason, our graduated student from the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) bagged second place at the 4^th Tan Sri Hj Yusoff Ibrahim Final Year Project (FYP) Competition. Jason was successfully shortlisted as one of the 12 finalists in the Round 2 competition. This competition is organised annually by the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) to award outstanding undergraduate final year projects nationwide.

He presented his FYP on “Design and Analysis on Identity-Based Identification Scheme with Tight Security” to the panel judges via Zoom on 24^th November 2020. His supervisor, Ts. Dr. Chin Ji Jian also expressed his excitement on this achievement. The prize-giving ceremony was initially planned in April 2021. However, the organiser delivered the cheque, trophy, and certificate to the winners due to the pandemic situation.
