A total of thirty Multimedia University (MMU) Alumni C- Level which consists of Founder, Co-Founder and Top Management from various fields and industries attended the event entitled “Meet & Greet between Chairman of TM and Alumni Movers & Shakers” at Menara TM recently. This event was organised by Yayasan Universiti Multimedia (YUM).
Tuan Haji Rosli Man, Chairman of TM chaired the session. The objectives of the event are to engage with MMU Alumni, to establish rapport between TM’s Top Management and also to instil Alumni’s loyalty and support towards TM, MMU & YUM.
During the event, the Alumni shared their views and gave suggestions on issues pertaining to TM services and MMU as a whole. The valuable feedback and helpful comments will be taken seriously to continually improve the customer’s experience.
This fruitful session was also attended by Tun Zaki Tun Azmi, Chairman of YUM, Dato’ Noor Kamarul Anuar Nuruddin, Group Chief Executive Officer of TM, En. Farid Basir, Chief Human Capital Officer of TM, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq, President of MMU and Datin Noorlindah Hassan, Director of YUM.
