Maxwell signifies the role of the leader in inspiring others to be the best. “Lead the Leaders” session, an initiative by the President’s Office took place on 24 August 2018 at the e-Gallery of Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM). The session was attended by all the Deans and Deputy Deans from three campuses.
Prof. Datuk Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq, MMU President started the ball rolling with knowledge sharing in guiding the young leaders. There are several key topics that were presented such as Leadership & Personality, Customer Experience, Branding & Image, Job Evolution, Excel in Academic Leadership, Adaptability in Research & Innovation, Budget Management, Human Capital Management and Student & Alumni Engagement.
The “Lead the Leaders” session also served as an avenue for young leaders to learn and seek advices from the senior leaders which were also the speakers for the session namely Prof. Dr. Ho Chin Kuan (Vice President of Academic and Internationalisation), Prof. Ir. Dr. Hairul Azhar Abdul Rashid (Vice President of Research and Innovation), Mr. Noridzuan Mohd Arif (Assistant General Manager of Finance), Mr. Mohd Amin Abdullah Sani (Senior Director of HCM) and Dr Abdullah Sallehhuddin Abdullah Salim (Director of STAD).
