FOM Students Win Two Bronze Awards at IMPI 2026

Two teams from the Faculty of Management (FOM), Equation of the Sand (EQOTS) and HaliQAI – Math Tutor AI, mentored by Dr. Nurul Nadia Nordin and Ms. Nor Samsuhada Ahmad, were announced as Bronze winners at the International Mathematics & Pioneering Innovation Competition (IMPI) 2026, held from 19 – 28 April 2026, and the results were announced on 1 May 2026.

The competition was organised in conjunction with Hari Matematik Antarabangsa Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) 2026, a programme aligned with the global International Day of Mathematics initiative. It brought together participants from various institutions to showcase innovative mathematical ideas and solutions, with an emphasis on creativity, problem-solving, and real-world applications of mathematics.

Both FOM teams impressed the judges with their strong mathematical foundation, innovative concepts, and practical relevance of their projects. Well done!
