Human Resource Management students from the Faculty of Business (FOB) recently were given a closer look at how modern payroll systems operate during an online industrial talk by PayrollNinja. The session introduced students to the realities of digital HR operations through the experience of Mr. Deepankar, Business Development Manager at PayrollNinja. His sharing focused on how payroll administration has evolved, particularly with the growing use of cloud-based systems in managing employee data, compliance, and reporting.
