The Faculty of Management (FOM) recently hosted the MBA External Examiner (EE) Panel Visit by Prof. Dr. Raemah Abdullah Hashim as part of its ongoing quality assurance and enhancement efforts on 5 May 2026 at the Cyberjaya campus.

The visit began with a welcoming session by the Dean of the Faculty of Management, Prof. Dr. Tan Booi Chen. In her opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Tan Booi Chen highlighted the faculty’s commitment to academic excellence, industry relevance, and continuous improvement of the MBA programme in line with global standards and stakeholder expectations. Also attending the event were Dr. Izyan Syazana binti Awaludin, MBA Programme Coordinator and other faculty members.

During the visit, Dr. Raemah conducted structured interviews with MBA students and academic staff to obtain first hand feedback on teaching and learning experiences, assessment practices, programme outcomes, and overall student development. These sessions provided valuable insights into the strengths of the programme as well as areas with potential for further enhancement.

Discussions also focused on incorporating digital transformation, leadership, and experiential learning elements to better prepare graduates for evolving industry demands. Constructive feedback and recommendations from Dr. Raemah will be used to further strengthen the curriculum, enhance teaching strategies, and ensure the MBA programme remains relevant, competitive, and future ready.

The successful EE Panel Visit reflects FOM’s strong commitment to continuous quality improvement and its dedication to delivering a high impact MBA programme that meets both academic and industry expectations.
