Math Muse Masters 2026 Inspires Innovation Through Mathematics

Mathematics came alive at Math Muse Masters 2026, as the Faculty of Management (FOM) hosted a high-energy innovation showcase where students transformed mathematical concepts into creative solutions with real-world applications on 6 February 2026.
The event featured 280 students forming 36 teams, who presented a wide range of innovations from learning tools and game-based concepts to creative systems that connect mathematics with technology and art. The showcase highlighted how mathematics extends beyond numbers, serving as a foundation for critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation.
Organised by FOM in collaboration with Syarikat Permainan Malaysia, Math Muse Masters 2026 was supported by mentors and evaluated by a panel of judges from universities and industry partners, who assessed the creativity, effort, and potential impact of each project.
The competition concluded with the announcement of the Top 5 winners: Algebra Mania, MathMentorAI, Math Lap, Mathematical Music to Art Transformation System, and The Fury of Four Realms.
Math Muse Masters continues to serve as a signature platform for MMU students to develop prototypes, test ideas, and gain confidence in presenting solutions, turning mathematical thinking into innovation with tangible impact.
