Two educational visits for international students under the Learning Institute for Lifelong Education’s (LIfE) English Proficiency Programme (EPP) were carried out on 17 December 2025. A total of 113 students and six lecturers from the Cyberjaya campus visited the Putrajaya Botanical Garden, while 16 students and two lecturers from the Melaka campus visited Melaka Botanical Park.

These events aimed to expose students to a nature-based learning environment while encouraging environmental awareness outside the classroom. Students took part in guided walks and observed various plant species and natural features within the parks.

As part of the activities, they were required to take photographs and produce short nature-themed videos or vlogs to document their experience. This allowed them to practise communication skills while engaging with their surroundings in a relaxed setting.

Overall, the visits provided students with a refreshing learning experience beyond the classroom. Many students shared their appreciation for the natural environment and enjoyed the opportunity to learn together with their classmates in a different setting.
