FOM Students Obtain Industry Perspectives on Career Readiness

Students from the Faculty of Management (FOM) participated in an engaging session on “Employers’ Expectations Beyond Academic Qualifications” at the Cyberjaya campus on 7 January 2026.

The session was delivered by three representatives from Azmi Fadzly Maha & Sim Law Firm (AFMSLAW): Mr. Norazmi Norazman, Mr. Ahmad Fadzly Abdul Gani, and Ms. Jasneeta Bhullar. The speakers shared insightful, real-world perspectives on what employers look for beyond grades, particularly what it takes to succeed as a fresh graduate entering the workforce. Students actively engaged with the speakers throughout the session, asking questions and seeking advice.

Organised by FOM lecturers, the session offered a valuable platform for students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional life, giving them a head start in understanding what it takes to thrive in their future careers.
