MMU and NIH Exchange LOI to Strengthen Research Collaboration

On 5 November 2025, MMU and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) embarked on a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing research, developing industry-driven solutions, and strengthening the link between academia and the health sector in Putrajaya.

The partnership was marked by the exchange of a Letter of Intent (LOI), with Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Lilian Anthonysamy, Chairperson of the Centre for Management and Marketing Innovation (CMMI), representing MMU, and Dr. Calyn representing NIH during the exchange ceremony. Dr. Lilian, who also serves as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for this collaboration, will lead the project under CMMI, a centre within the Centre of Excellence for Business and Innovation Communication (BIC).

The LOI exchange took place at MY IDEAS CONNECT: Kolaborasi Berimpak Tinggi, organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, which featured forums, showcases, exhibitions, and networking sessions, providing a vibrant platform for participants to share ideas, explore opportunities, and foster future collaborations. Also present was Mr. Yusran Mazalan, Deputy Director of Government Liaison and Industry Engagement.
