The Faculty of Management (FOM) recently welcomed Ms. Ailia Muna Mohd Noor, Manager of Airports Operations Control Centre at Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd., for the Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) visit for the Diploma in Management programme. The visit commenced with welcoming remarks by Dr. Hasni Mohd Hanafi, Deputy Dean (Academic and Innovative Learning), and was attended by Ms. Nor Samsuhada Ahmad, Programme Coordinator, alongside faculty members and students.

During the visit, Ms. Ailia Muna conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the programme through academic reviews, physical site visits, and interviews with lecturers and students. These activities are essential in ensuring the programme remains aligned with current industry needs and expectations. In addition, she delivered an engaging session entitled “Thriving in Challenges: How Agility and Resilience Build Your Future”, where she shared valuable perspectives and practical tips to help students cultivate agility and resilience as they prepare for their future careers.

The IAP visit not only contributed valuable feedback for the improvement of the Diploma in Management programme but also offered students fresh perspectives to better equip themselves for future career challenges.
