A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Multimedia University (MMU) and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Vietnam was officially signed on 22 July 2025 at the Cyberjaya campus.

Representing MMU were Prof. Ir. Dr. Zulfadzli Yusoff, Vice President of Market Exploration, Engagement & Touchpoint (MEET), and Prof. Ir. Dr. Wong Hin Yong, Vice President of Academic & Innovative Learning (AIR), alongside deans and academic leaders from various faculties.

The RMIT Vietnam delegation was led by Associate Professor Dr. Donna Cleveland, Dean of the School of Communication & Design, and included distinguished representatives such as AP Dr. Lim Kok Yoong (Deputy Dean of Research & Innovation), Dr. Renusha Athugala (Programme Manager, Games Design), as well as other academics and lecturers from the fields of Digital Media, Games Design, and Design Studies.

This collaboration aims to foster joint initiatives in academic exchange, research innovation, and creative media development, particularly in the areas of communication, design, and digital technology. The MoU reflects MMU’s ongoing commitment to expanding its global academic network and enriching its educational landscape through international engagement.
