On 18 July 2026, a team of MMU students emerged among the top performers at the Enterprise 100 Cohort 5 Final Business Pitching Day, securing Fourth Place with their innovative business idea, FORGED, an AI-powered body transformation platform for men.
Enterprise 100 Cohort 5 is an entrepreneurship development programme that provides participants with opportunities to refine their business ideas through mentoring, business development activities, and pitching sessions. The programme concluded with the Final Business Pitching Day, where participants presented their solutions and business ideas before a panel of judges.
FORGED is a 120-day fitness platform that combines personalised workout programmes, nutrition planning, and an AI-powered accountability coach to help users stay on track with their fitness goals. The platform offers three transformation tracks—Cut, Build, and Recomp—along with gym- and home-based workout options, personalised nutrition targets, and progress tracking.
The MMU team comprised Daniel Byamungu, Qistina Mohamad Nazir, Sriehjhaa Subramaniam, and Nur Fahima Mohd Norazman from the Faculty of Management (FOM), together with Jasmeeraa Kumaravel from the Faculty of Law (FOL). Throughout the programme, the students were mentored by Mr. Vincent Chan from the Faculty of Business (FOB), who guided them in refining their business model, strengthening their value proposition, and preparing for the final pitching competition.
In addition to mentoring the team, Mr. Vincent was also invited as a speaker at Enterprise 100 Cohort 5, where he delivered a session on Business Model Development and Monetization Strategies. During the session, he shared practical insights into developing sustainable business models, identifying revenue opportunities, and preparing effective investor pitches.
The achievement reflects the students’ commitment, teamwork, and ability to develop innovative ideas into practical business solutions. It also highlights the importance of mentorship and experiential learning in nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students.
Well done!
