Outstanding Students Recognised for Academic Achievement and Peer Leadership

Nearly 400 students from the Faculty of Business (FOB) were recognised for their outstanding academic achievements during the Dean’s List Award Ceremony 2026, held in June 2026 at Persada Permata Dunia, MMU Melaka. The ceremony celebrated students whose dedication, perseverance and consistent performance have earned them a place on the Dean’s List, reflecting the Faculty’s commitment to nurturing graduates who excel academically and contribute meaningfully to society.

Beyond recognising academic excellence, the ceremony also honoured students who served as Peer Tutors under the Faculty’s Peer Tutoring Programme. Through their willingness to support fellow students, these recipients demonstrated the values of leadership, collaboration and service, highlighting that success at MMU extends beyond individual achievement to making a positive impact on the learning community.

The ceremony was officiated by Prof. Dr. Hishamuddin Ismail, Campus Director, and attended by Dr. Siti Zakiah Melatu Samsi, FOB Dean, together with the Faculty’s management team, academic staff and administrative staff. As the Faculty continues to celebrate academic excellence, the Dean’s List Award Ceremony serves as a reminder that determination, resilience and a commitment to lifelong learning remain the foundation for future success.
