As part of its commitment to internationalisation, the Faculty of Management (FOM) hosted a one-day Global Study Tour for 88 MBA students and two lecturers from Rajadhani Business School, Kerala, India, in June 2026. The programme featured workshops on innovation and digital transformation, a campus tour, and cultural exchange activities aimed at enhancing academic collaboration and cross-cultural understanding.

Participants attended a workshop on Innovation Through Design Thinking conducted by Ms. Norzarina Md Yatim, where they explored creative problem-solving through a business case study. They were then taken on a campus tour by the International Collaboration and Engagement (ICE) staff, providing an overview of MMU’s facilities and learning environment.
The cultural exchange session introduced participants to Malaysian culture through basic Malay phrases, local cuisine, and cultural traditions, promoting greater appreciation of the country’s multicultural heritage.
In the afternoon, Ts. Dr. Anusuyah A/P Subbarao conducted a workshop on Digital Transformation in the Business Environment, highlighting the role of emerging technologies in today’s business landscape. Students later presented and defended their solutions to case studies, strengthening their critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
