The Faculty of Management (FOM) hosted an Industrial Advisory Panel (IAP) visit as part of its ongoing efforts to review and strengthen the Bachelor in Management (ODL) programme on 3 June 2026 at the Cyberjaya campus. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Nor Azliana Aridi, Programme Coordinator of the Bachelor in Management-ODL programme.

The visit was attended by Mr. Nazrul Aziz, Group Chief Strategy Officer of TalentCorp, who serves as the Industry Advisory Panel member for the programme. During the visit, he conducted a review of the programme, which included curriculum discussions, interviews with academic staff and students, as well as feedback sessions aimed at ensuring the programme remains relevant to industry needs.

A sharing session entitled “Future Talent Demand & Skills Readiness: Insights from TalentCorp’s Impact Study” was also delivered by Mr. Nazrul. The session provided participants with insights into current workforce trends and the skills required by future talents in an increasingly dynamic job market.

The programme began with welcoming remarks by Prof. Dr. Tan Booi Chen, FOM Dean, and was attended by the faculty’s management team, academics, programme coordinators, and administrative staff. Other activities included curriculum review discussions, engagement sessions with students and lecturers, and an exit meeting to discuss recommendations for further improvement. Through engagements with academics and students, the visit offered valuable perspectives that will support the faculty’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the programme and enhance graduate employability.
