EDC Ignites Entrepreneurial Spirit at Student Pitch Showcase

The EDC INNOLab came alive as our student entrepreneurs took the stage to pitch thirteen bold and innovative business ideas in November 2025. Organised by the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), the session showcased the creativity, ambition and determination of our young founders as they presented their best ideas to a room full of real startup leaders.

The pitching session was evaluated by a panel of experienced founders: Mr Iskandar from GrowthCharger, Mr Hanif from YouthVenture Asia, Mr Syahrul from HerePay, Ms Meena from MG Career Crafters and Mr Syed Huzaifah from StudentQR. Throughout the event, the panelists provided constructive insights, thoughtful feedback and genuine encouragement. They were truly impressed by the students’ entrepreneurial spirit and the potential they demonstrated.

A key highlight from this session is that several students will be shortlisted for pre-seed funding and matched with mentors who are actual startup founders. This rare opportunity offers real-world guidance, industry exposure and the support needed to help them elevate their ideas into viable ventures.
