FOB Student Shines with Two Golds and One Bronze at Taekwon-Do Championship

We are pleased to share that our student, Andrew Tang Jia Hong, continues to add to his medal collection after winning two gold medals and one bronze medal at the Kejohanan Jemputan Seni Mempertahankan Diri Super Star 2026 recently.

Organised by Persatuan Taekwon-Do Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ITF-MTF, the championship brought together martial arts athletes to showcase their skills, discipline and competitive spirit.

Andrew clinched gold in the Black Belt Sparring 1st–3rd Dan categories for Individual Male 18 Years and Above and Team Male 16 Years and Above. He also secured a bronze medal in the Individual Male 18 Years and Above category for Black Belt Pattern 2nd Dan.

His latest achievement reflects his dedication, discipline and perseverance in balancing his academic pursuits with competitive sports. His continued success in Taekwon-Do is a proud moment for the FOB community and an inspiration to fellow students to pursue excellence beyond the classroom.
