A Knowledge Transfer Programme (KTP) focusing on stress management and technology-enabled financial resilience was successfully conducted through a series of workshops involving secondary school students and adult learners. The initiative aimed to enhance participants’ awareness of personal well-being, financial preparedness, and practical life skills relevant to today’s increasingly digital environment.

The programme was led by a team from the Faculty of Management (FOM). Ms. Fatin Zaida Zaidi facilitated Module 1, Technology-Enabled Financial Resilience, while Ms. Nurul Atiah Mohd Zin conducted Module 2, Capacity Building in Stress Management and Emotional Resilience. The programme was further supported by Dr. Muhammad Afif Fathullah, Ms. Sharifah Ummu Naqiah Syed Shukran, Dr. Azrena Mohd Noor, and Ms. Puteri Nurul Aainaa Rusli. Together, they delivered engaging sessions designed to help participants develop practical strategies for managing financial and emotional challenges.

The first workshop was held at SMK Cyber, involving 30 Form Four students in May 2026. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants gained valuable insights into stress management, emotional well-being, and the importance of cultivating responsible financial habits from an early age.

The programme was later extended to UNIKOP on 4 and 5 June 2026, benefiting 20 participants. The sessions focused on strengthening financial resilience through the effective use of digital technologies, while also providing practical approaches to managing stress in both personal and professional settings.

Overall, the programme served as a meaningful platform for knowledge sharing between academia and the community. It contributed to greater awareness of mental well-being and financial resilience, while supporting lifelong learning and community development through the transfer of relevant knowledge and skills.
