FOM Enhances Academic Quality through Programme Review Visit

The Faculty of Management (FOM) recently welcomed Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Manjeevan Singh Seera from Monash University Malaysia as part of the academic quality assurance process for the Bachelor in Digital Enterprise Management (Honours) programme. This visit was headed and coordinated by Ms Intan Adhani binti Muhamad Nazri, the BDEM Programme Coordinator

Dr. Manjeevan led the review session, providing valuable academic input on programme structure, curriculum delivery, and overall teaching and learning practices. The visit featured a series of academic engagements, including curriculum discussions, class observations, and interactive sessions with students and lecturers. Programme coordinators also took part in group discussions, allowing for direct feedback on academic delivery and the student learning experience.

The session concluded with an exit meeting, during which key observations and recommendations were shared to support continuous improvement and further enhance programme quality. The engagement reflects FOM’s continued commitment to maintaining academic standards, improving teaching practices, and ensuring programmes remain relevant and aligned with current academic and industry expectations.
