Ts. Dr. Anusuyah Subbarao, our academic staff from the Faculty of Management (FOM) delivered an international public lecture on the theme “Administrative Transformation in Industry 5.0,” hosted by the Office Administration Study Program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia (UI), recently.
Conducted virtually via Zoom, the session was part of UI’s ongoing series of public lectures that bring distinguished academics and practitioners together to share expertise with students aspiring to become professional office administrators ready for industry.
The program opened in a fittingly cross-border fashion, hosted by two masters of ceremony, one conducting proceedings in English and the other in Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring that the bilingual audience could follow seamlessly. This was followed by an introduction of the guest speaker, highlighting Ts. Dr. Anusuyah Subbarao’s background and expertise ahead of her keynote sharing.
In her lecture, Ts. Dr. Anusuyah explored how the human-centric, technology-enabled landscape of Industry 5.0 is reshaping administrative roles, workflows, and competencies, equipping students with timely, forward-looking insights into the future of the profession.
The session drew an enthusiastic turnout of more than 120 participants, who gained valuable knowledge from a powerful and engaging sharing. The strong response and meaningful exchange left both institutions keen to explore further collaboration, reinforcing the growing academic ties between both institutions.
