The Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) hosted its Appreciation Hi-Tea 2026, bringing together mentors, industry partners, collaborators, and alumni founders for an afternoon of appreciation, networking, and shared celebration. The event was also graced by the presence of Prof. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, reflecting the University’s continued commitment to strengthening its entrepreneurial ecosystem and industry collaborations.

In his address, Prof. Dato’ emphasised the importance of collaboration across academia, industry, and alumni networks in supporting entrepreneurial growth and student development. The afternoon was further enriched by a video presentation highlighting MMU’s achievements at the Anugerah Keusahawanan Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (AKKPT) 2025, recognising the efforts of teams and individuals behind the success. The occasion also acknowledged AKKPT finalists and winners, alongside eCadet mentors, the MMU community, and partners who have continuously supported the University’s entrepreneurship journey.

The session also provided a meaningful space for guests to reconnect, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations. It also marked a significant transition for the MMU Alumni Founders Club High Committee, with appreciation extended to the 2024–2025 committee for their contributions, and a warm welcome to the incoming 2026–2028 committee, who will continue driving alumni engagement and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Overall, the EDC Appreciation Hi-Tea 2026 was a meaningful gathering that reflected MMU’s ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurship, strengthening partnerships, and building a connected ecosystem that grows together.
