


A three-day community engagement initiative organised by the Sekretariat Sekolah@MMU team, with support from Student Lifestyle and Experience (STyLE), concluded successfully at Sekolah Menengah Agama (SMA) Tengku Ampuan Fatimah, Pekan on 10 March 2026. The programme aimed to nurture knowledge, values, and skills among participating students by combining educational modules with hands-on activities to foster personal and community development.
The closing ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Ahmad Irshadi Abdullah Al-Qari, Pahang State Assemblyman. Also in attendance were Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, YH Tok Muda Dato’ Haji Ahmad Khirrizal Ab Rahman, Director of Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Pahang (JAIP), along with school principals, programme facilitators, MMU staff, and students.
The programme involved 300 students from 18 schools under JAIP, who gathered at SMA Tengku Ampuan Fatimah, Kulliah Al-Lughah Waddin As-Sultan Abu Bakar, and SMA Al-Attas. The sessions were facilitated by MMU students, who guided participants through activities on digital technology, IT, AI, and innovation alongside reflective Ramadan activities.
During the closing ceremony, participants were recognised for their achievements in the final project competition, while school principals and facilitators received certificates and tokens of appreciation for their contributions. The programme concluded on a celebratory note with a group photography session and the MMU Iftar Perdana, providing an opportunity for participants and guests to break fast together. All in all, the initiative highlighted the meaningful role of MMU students in inspiring and guiding school students through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning.
