MMU Celebrates Dedicated Staff at Long Service Award 2025

On 10 February 2026, Multimedia University (MMU), through its Human Capital Management (HCM), honoured the dedication, loyalty and commitment of its long-serving staff at the MMU Long Service Award 2025, held at The Everly Hotel, Putrajaya. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, congratulated the staff in his address and presented appreciation certificates to staff members who have served the University for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years.

Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham emphasised that the strength of MMU lies in its people, a team of experienced and dedicated staff who continue to support the University’s growth and future direction. The recipients were commended for their unwavering commitment, which reflects the strong foundation upon which MMU continues to move forward.

The ceremony also highlighted MMU’s strategic journey, recognising the collective efforts of staff in successfully accomplishing the MMU PLUS U strategy and moving forward together in realising the MORE MMU strategy. With continued enthusiasm, collaboration and commitment from its staff, the University remains confident in achieving its strategic goals.

Staff were encouraged to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, recognising that sustained excellence is built through small, consistent efforts, teamwork and openness to learning. The importance of unity, mutual respect, open communication and a supportive work culture was also underscored as essential in fostering innovation and long-term success.

In addition, the University reaffirmed its commitment to staff well-being, encouraging a healthy work-life balance as a key contributor to productivity, creativity and overall excellence. The ceremony concluded with heartfelt congratulations extended to all Long Service Award recipients, whose dedication and perseverance continue to inspire the MMU community.
