We are delighted to share that Thrischtha A/P Sathiamoorty, our student from the Faculty of Management (FOM), secured second place at the National Womenpreneur Pitching Competition (NWPC) 2026, receiving a cash prize of RM2,000 from Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad, Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities Malaysia on 15 January 2025.
The two-day competition, jointly organised by Technical University of Malaysia, Melaka (UTeM) and the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities Malaysia, was held from at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur.
Thrischtha impressed the national jury with her innovative product, “Mystery in Math Mansion” – a mystery-themed online board game that transforms mathematics learning into a fun, engaging, and immersive experience through storytelling and gameplay. Her creation is a brilliant fusion of education, creativity, and digital innovation.
Mentored by Dr. Nurul Nadia Nordin, Thrischtha’s achievement serves as an inspiration for the next generation of women entrepreneurs, demonstrating the power of innovation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial vision.
Congratulations, Thrischtha!
