Building Foundations for Career-Ready Talent Development

On 22 October 2025, the Career Advisor Onboarding Session 2025 convened the Faculty Career Advisors, Counsellors, and the ACE team for a full day of collaboration and learning at the Courtyard by Marriot, Melaka. The event aimed to strengthen the faculty–ACE partnership, align strategies to enhance student employability, and equip Career Advisors with the tools and insights needed to guide students effectively.

Participants were provided with comprehensive journey maps to help guide students more effectively, discover areas for collaboration, and deepen their connections with the ACE team. Through interactive workshops and strategic sharing sessions, the focus remained on preparing MMU students to become a stronger, career-ready future workforce and leaders.  This onboarding session serves as a foundation for ongoing dialogue and exchange of ideas between Career Advisors and the ACE team to better support students’ career development.
