QVC x MMU Malaysia Day Fun Run 2025 Strengthens Patriotism and Community Spirit

On 20 September 2025, MMU in collaboration with Hanwha QCells Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., hosted the QCells x MMU Malaysia Day Run 2025 at the Cyberjaya campus, bringing together MMU students, MMU & Qcells staff, and guests for a morning of health, community, and patriotic spirit.

The event was attended by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, Prof. Ir. Dr. Zulfadzli Yusoff, Vice President of Market Exploration, Engagement and Touchpoint, Mr. Lee Hock Guan, Managing Director of Hanwha QCells Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Kim Gang Ill, Supporting Director of Hanwha QCells Malaysia together with university leaders, and student committee of the event.

The event was more than just a sporting event. It brought together participants from the Veteran, Open, and Youth categories, all running side by side, highlighting the values of perseverance, teamwork, and resilience. The event encouraged students to embrace a healthy lifestyle while building a sense of community and camaraderie.

Beyond fitness, the run also reinforced the university’s commitment to nurturing patriotism, unity, and leadership, especially to MMU students. It offered a meaningful way to celebrate Malaysia Day, creating lasting memories while supporting the holistic development of the university community.
