MMU–Huawei Collaboration Strengthens Student Career Readiness

On 11 September 2025, Huawei Connected Campus 2025 @ Melaka took place at Persada Permata Dunia. The event was attended by representatives from Huawei, including Mr. Fairul Adilla Bin Mohammed, Senior Key Account Manager, Malaysia TM Key Account, and Mr. Pang Jiunn Hao, Employee Ambassador of Huawei Asia Pacific Region, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director of Alumni Engagement Career and Entrepreneurship Development (ACED). Mr. Pang is our Permata Dunia graduated in 2015.

The programme featured career talks, HR consultations, on-the-spot interviews, and a career exhibition that introduced students to Huawei’s technologies and career opportunities. Students also gained insights into the company’s growth, innovations, and talent development strategies, while interactive sessions highlighted future directions in AI, cloud computing, 5G, and smart technologies. Overall, Huawei Connected Campus 2025 provided valuable exposure for MMU students, preparing them for future careers while strengthening the long-standing partnership between MMU and Huawei.
