FOM Students Learn to Align Personalities with Careers at ILP Session

On 8 September 2025, another session of the Industrial Learning Partner (ILP) Sharing Series was conducted for undergraduate students from the Faculty of Management (FOM). Coordinated by Dr. Jack Ng Kok Wah and Dr. Goh Han Hwa, the session featured Mr. Koh Kian Guan, Head of the Agency Builder Department at LPA Team, along with his team members.

With an engaging topic entitled “Career Path with DISC Assessment”, the participants were exposed to real-world experiences and gained insights on how tools like the DISC assessment can help them better understand their personalities and align with suitable career paths.

The sharing session was not just about theories but also practical advice, encouraging students to think about their growth and professional journey. Students felt inspired and more confident in planning their careers. Overall, the ILP Sharing Series once again proved to be an impactful platform for bridging classroom learning with industry knowledge, preparing MMU students for brighter and more meaningful futures.
