The King Sejong Institute (KSI) MMU Melaka welcomed a group of 40 students from Nambu University and Songwon University during their visit to the campus on 3 July 2025. The students were accompanied by Mr. Kim Tae Hoon from Nambu University, as well as Miss Moon Eun Jong and Prof. Kim Hyeok-Ju from Songwon University.
The visit was part of an effort to promote cross-cultural understanding and strengthen ties through international university exchanges. During their time on campus, the students toured several facilities, including the Faculty of Law’s Learning Point (FOL LP), and had the chance to experience MMU Melaka’s academic environment firsthand.
Following the tour, the Korean delegation met with Ms. Kim Hee Jung, Manager of KSI MMU Melaka, to discuss potential areas for collaboration. The discussion explored ideas such as student exchange programmes focused on Korean cultural engagement, including martial arts showcases, Korean language and festival events, and student mobility initiatives. This visit offered the Korean students a valuable opportunity to learn about life and learning at MMU Melaka, while setting the stage for future academic and cultural collaboration between the universities.
