MMU recently conducted a return visit to Maktab Tentera Diraja (Royal Military College, RMC), further strengthening ties between the two institutions on 3 July 2025. The delegation was led by MMU President, Professor Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, and was warmly received by Brigadier General Shaiful Azuar Ariffin, TUDM, Commandant of RMC.

The visit followed an earlier engagement in January, when RMC representatives were hosted at MMU Cyberjaya. This latest meeting provided a valuable opportunity to continue dialogue and explore areas of mutual interest within the historic grounds of RMC. During the discussion, both parties reaffirmed shared values in nurturing principled, capable individuals ready to serve with purpose.

Although operating in distinct contexts, MMU and RMC discovered common ground in their approaches to discipline, leadership, and nation-building. Several potential areas for collaboration were identified, with a focus on practical and well-aligned initiatives. The delegation also toured selected student innovation projects and learning spaces on campus.

These showcased how RMC integrates structured training with creativity, critical thinking and adaptability, qualities essential in today’s evolving landscape. MMU looks forward to strengthening this developing relationship and exploring opportunities that bring lasting value to both institutions.
