Six students from the Faculty of Business (FOB) and the Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FIST) took part in the ICT Experience Course hosted by Silpakorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Accompanied by Dr. Faezah Othman, the programme took place from 15 to 19 June 2025.
The course brought together students from various countries including Malaysia, Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, offering a meaningful platform for cultural exchange, academic collaboration, and global networking.
Throughout the week, participants were involved in a range of hands-on activities such as pottery making in Pak Kret, a visit to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, and an educational trip to the historic Ayutthaya Palace. The programme concluded with a final storytelling session, where students creatively shared their experiences using digital storytelling techniques.
The experience not only deepened students’ cross-cultural awareness but also allowed them to strengthen their communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills—aligning with MMU’s aim to nurture globally competent and well-rounded graduates.
