Career Talk Inspires Students to Rise ‘From Zero to Hero’

On 9 June 2025, Career Connect, in collaboration with the Faculty of Business (FOB), successfully organised a career talk titled “From Zero to Hero: Kickstart Your Career Journey” at the Melaka campus.

The session featured Ms. Seline Gee, Manager at MAMEE – Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd, who delivered an inspiring and insightful presentation on her career journey. Drawing from her personal experiences, she shared practical advice on navigating the early stages of a career, overcoming setbacks, cultivating a growth mindset, and making strategic decisions to build a meaningful and successful professional path.

The talk attracted students from various faculties who were eager to gain real-world perspectives on career development. A lively and interactive Q&A session followed, allowing participants to engage directly with the speaker and seek personalised guidance. The session served not only to motivate students but also to equip them with relevant knowledge and confidence as they prepare to enter the workforce.
