On 8 May 2025, the Faculty of Business (FOB) welcomed a delegation from Vitrox College for a benchmarking visit at the FOB Conference Room. The session served as a valuable platform to benchmark diploma-level business programmes and to discuss collaborative initiatives, particularly the resumption of credit transfer mapping between the two institutions. The visit also included engaging discussions on curriculum design, programme structure, and academic alignment aimed at supporting student mobility and educational excellence.

The Vitrox College delegation was represented by Ir. Dr. Koay Loke Kean, the Academic Head; Ts. Dr. Teoh Kok Ban, Head of the Business Study School; Ms. ‘Aeisyah binti Ahmad Khairul, Head of Programme; and Ms. Loh Min Wei, Executive in Career Services. The representatives from Vitrox College were graciously welcomed by Dr. Hasmida Jamaludin, Deputy Dean of Academic and Innovative Learning; Dr. Faezah Othman, Deputy Dean of Student Experience and Alumni; Mr. Mazni bin Mohamed, Faculty Manager; and Ms. Ikha Fadzila binti Md Idris, as the Programme Director.

The visit was supported by committee members Ms. Ummu Umairah binti Mohd Yunus, Ms. Syarifah Diyanah binti Yusoh, Mr. Nabil Abas, and Mr. Hasfaizal Hassan, who ensured a smooth and productive session. The engagement concluded with a token of appreciation and networking opportunities which reflects a shared commitment to fostering academic growth and partnership.
