I3 Session Equips Students with Job Market Trends

More than 100 students from both Cyberjaya and Melaka campuses attended the Inspirational Sharing Session (I3) at the Melaka campus on 15 May 2025. Jointly organised by Career Connect and JobStreet by SEEK, the hybrid session featured Ms. Karen Kum, Project Manager at JobStreet, who shared valuable insights into major job market trends and how fresh graduates can best prepare themselves as they enter the workforce.

Throughout the session, many students actively asked thoughtful and relevant questions, making the discussion highly interactive and enriching. It was encouraging to see such a high level of curiosity and engagement from the student audience.

This session helped our students to better understand current hiring expectations, gain practical tips on resume building and interview preparation, and develop a more strategic approach to career planning. It also highlighted the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in today’s fast-evolving job market.
