Students Embrace Social Responsibility Through Clean-Up Effort

A group of Diploma in Accounting and Diploma in Business Administration students from the Faculty of Business (FOB) took part in a meaningful Personal Social Responsibility (PSR) initiative at Taman Seribu Bunga, Ayer Keroh, on 13 May 2025. Accompanied by their lecturer, Ms. Siti Zarifah Amir, the group was divided into two teams: one focused on cleaning inside the garden, while the other tidied up the surrounding areas.

Their efforts resulted in a noticeable transformation of the popular public space, enhancing its cleanliness and charm. Encik Fauzi, the person in charge of Taman Seribu Bunga, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the students’ hard work and community spirit, highlighting the positive impact the clean-up had on both the environment and the visitors’ experience. This initiative helped nurture responsible, community-minded graduates who actively contribute to society beyond the classroom.
