Mr. Bryan Pong, the Industrial Advisor to the Diploma in Digital Business (DDB) Programme of the Faculty of Business (FOB), paid a visit to meet the faculty members and students on 30th November 2022. The visit served as an avenue for assessing the academic curriculum, academic staff, educational resources, and the university’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure the programme is at par with the industry standards.

The visitation began with a welcoming speech by Dr. Lye Chun Teck, the Dean of FOB, then followed by a programme progress report presented by Ms Faezah Othman, the Program Coordinator of the DDB Programme.  This visitation meeting was also attended by Ms Nun Shwu Huey, the Deputy Dean of Academic and Internalisation II and Puan Nurulhuda Mustafa, the Manager of FOB.

Mr. Bryan also conducted separate interview sessions with lecturers and students to gain their perspectives on the programme curriculum development. They were also exposed to future development in the digital business field. Mr. Bryan, who is our Permata Dunia, is currently the Managing Director of Wavelike Technologies. With his expertise and experience, the assessment could provide impactful insights for the improvement of the DDB programme.
