MMU Student to Represent Malaysia in ESU International Public Speaking Competition

Pavit Coran, our student from the Faculty of Law (FOL) will represent Malaysia in the ESU International Public Speaking Competition (IPSC), which will be held virtually from London on May 10 to 14. Pavit emerged as the champion of the English Speaking Union (ESU) Malaysia -Taylor’s College Public Speaking Competition 2021 on the 24th April 2021.

He received a cash prize of RM2,000 for his winning speech on mental health awareness during the finals at Taylor’s College Lakeside campus. This annual event is organised by ESU Malaysia in collaboration with the Malaysia Institute of Debating and Public Speaking (MIDB) and Taylor’s College.
