FAIE Welcomes PSDC Delegation to Explore Intelligent Robotics Education

On 7 September 2026, the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (FAIE) welcomed a delegation from the Pahang Skills Development Centre (PSDC), led by En. Fakhrul Adly Hashim and En. Nasrul Rahman Abdullah, during a visit to MMU’s Cyberjaya campus. The delegation was received by Prof. Ir. Dr. Hezerul Abdul Karim, Deputy Dean of FAIE, together with faculty members.

Held as part of the delegation’s engagement with MMU and CNERGY, the visit included a briefing on FAIE’s Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Intelligent Robotics programme, along with demonstrations of the faculty’s humanoid robots and robot dogs.

The robotic platforms are used by students for hands-on learning, allowing them to develop and test applications involving artificial intelligence, computer vision, embedded systems, autonomous navigation and robotic control.

The visit also included discussions on potential collaboration in technical education, robotics innovation and talent development, particularly in areas related to robotics, automation and Physical AI.
