On 23 January 2026, students from the Faculty of Business (FOB) carried out the FOB Back to School Project 2026 at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Iskandar Shah, Jasin. Supervised by Mdm. Siow Yung Ern and Dr. Subhacini Subramaniam, the project aimed to provide essential school items to students in need and help them start the new school year with confidence.
In the weeks leading up to the project, the team raised around RM2,000 through contributions from family, friends, and colleagues in the faculty. The funds were carefully used to make sure each student received practical support.
The team also spent time planning and preparing the items including school uniforms, shoes, stationery, and backpacks. Through this project, 20 students from SMK Iskandar Shah received the supplies they needed to start the year on a positive note. The FOB Back to School Project is part of the university’s effort to give back. Supplying students with basic school items helps them begin the year prepared and gives them a sense of encouragement from the community.
Well done!
