FOM Hosts Texas Instruments ILP Industry Engagement Session

More than 100 students from the Faculty of Management (FOM) participated in an engaging Industry Learning Programme (ILP) session held on 3 December 2025 at the Cyberjaya campus. The session was conducted by Ms. Nurain Zahari, Talent Acquisition Specialist from Texas Instruments, who shared her perspectives on the semiconductor industry, highlighting current trends, global developments and the importance of semiconductor technologies in today’s digital economy.

The speaker also provided valuable insights into Human Resource (HR) expectations, essential employability skills and internship opportunities at Texas Instruments, offering students a clearer understanding of industry requirements and potential career pathways. The session included an interactive Q&A segment, which further strengthened students’ industry awareness and equipped them with valuable perspectives to support their future career planning. The session was coordinated by FOM lecturers Ms. Fatin Zaida Zaidi, Ms. Sharifah Ummu Naqiah Syed Shukran and Ms. Nurul Atiah Mohd Zain, in collaboration with Career Connect.
