Embracing Human Resource Transformation in the Age of AI

The Faculty of Management (FOM), through its Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme, organised an online sharing session titled “Human Resource Issues in the AI Era and How to Overcome Them” on 19 August 2025. The session featured Ms. Dinah Razad Yahaya, People Director at Mölnlycke Health Care Sdn. Bhd., as the guest speaker.

The session highlighted the evolving role of Human Resource (HR) in the age of artificial intelligence (AI), addressing both the challenges faced by industries and the new opportunities arising from digital transformation. Ms. Dinah also shared strategies on how to adapt to industry shifts, embrace HR transformation, and develop future-ready skills.

Coordinated by Dr. Tan Chi Hau and Dr. Wan Noor Elani, the session attracted participants comprising MMU staff, postgraduate students, and members of the public. The interactive Q&A segment encouraged active engagement, making the discussion insightful and highly relevant to today’s industry landscape.
