MMU Welcomes Yayasan TM Future Leaders Scholarship Recipients to Campus

In recognition of the remarkable achievements of outstanding scholars, “Majlis Anugerah Biasiswa Future Leaders Yayasan TM 2025” was held on 30 June 2025 at Dewan Tun Canselor, Cyberjaya campus. The ceremony celebrated recipients who demonstrated exceptional academic performance, strong leadership qualities, and high potential to contribute to the nation’s progress.

Organised by Yayasan TM (YTM), the ceremony was graced by several key figures, including Mr. Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, Group CEO of Telekom Malaysia (TM) and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of YTM; Prof. Dr. Zainal Amin Ayub, Deputy Director General of Higher Education (Academic and Research), MOHE; Mr. Khaidhir Elias, Chief Human Capital Officer of TM; Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU; and Ms. Ainol Shaharina Sahar, Director of YTM. Also in attendance were members of the Board of Trustees of YTM, senior management of TM Group and MMU, as well as the parents of the scholarship recipients.

During the ceremony, Mr. Amar Huzaimi conferred the scholarships to students who will pursue their studies abroad, highlighting the importance of global exposure and expertise. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham also presented the YTM scholarships to recipients who will be furthering their academic journey at MMU.

Commenting on the event, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham said, “Multimedia University and Yayasan TM share the same aspiration within the TM Group ecosystem. We are committed to preparing capable, responsible individuals grounded in knowledge and values.” With this scholarship, TM aims to support students in realising their ambitions and contributing significantly to society.
