Two FCM Students Represent Malaysia in International Sporting Tournaments

Two talented Advertising Design students from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM), Aisya Eleesa Erni Firdauz and Alang Ariff Aqil Muhammad Ghazalli, have made us proud by representing Malaysia on the international sports stage.

Aisya was part of the Malaysian National Women’s Cricket Team and participated in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier – Asia Region 2025, which was held from 9 to 20 May 2025. Her participation not only highlights her versatility and commitment to excellence but also marks a proud moment for the university as she represents the nation in a highly competitive international tournament.

Meanwhile, Alang Ariff recently returned from Shanghai, China, where he competed in the Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 2 as part of the National Archery Association of Malaysia. This prestigious tournament, held from 5 to 12 May 2025, brought together elite archers from around the globe. Alang Ariff’s performance underscores his discipline and determination, qualities that resonate both in sports and in creative fields. He is now preparing for his next international outing at the Asia Archery Cup – World Ranking Tournament Stage 2, which will be held in Singapore from 14 to 23 June 2025.
