MMU, through its Technology Transfer Office (TTO), collaborated with the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology and Innovation (MRANTI) to organise the Supercharger MMU Cyberjaya 2025 workshop on 5 November 2025. The workshop was held at the Hyflex (Ideas Lab), Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (FAIE), at the Cyberjaya campus.
This event positions MMU as one of the selected stations under the national Supercharger 2025 programme, an initiative by MRANTI aimed at accelerating the commercialisation of startup R&D projects. Carrying the theme “Intellectual Property (IP) Essentials: Protecting Innovation for Startups and Researchers”, the one-day workshop brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, and researchers to enhance their understanding of Intellectual Property and its importance in successful commercialisation.
Participants were exposed to practical approaches for protecting their innovations, addressing common IP challenges, and utilising IP assets to tap into market opportunities. By serving as a Supercharger station, TTO continues to strengthen the link between academia and industry, empowering MMU innovators to translate research outcomes into impactful, market-ready solutions.
Well done!
